There was never a doubt that John's purpose in life was to love Maxine and give back. His obituary shines more light on what a fine man he was. May his spirit survive! Our love to Maxine and the Freeman Family.

Karen and I will miss John and his friendship. Along with Maxine, we enjoyed years of BSU football together. John was the epitome of friendship and caring, adhearing to the Rotary principles. He was also a mentor to my involvement in Boise Southwest Rotary. We have fond memories with the involvement of John and Maxine. Our condolences to the Freeman family.

Maxine, family, John was a true man of God. His leadership, mentorship have impacted many souls for the Lord. John had the love of books that he shared. He was a person that made you want to be better. John never turned away a listening ear or a helping hand. He was a rare gem. May God surround all of you as you grieve his passing. Love Bill, TyAnn Drake
