1984..... 1 class together at BSU.... friend...... best friend.....roommates..... 1 of the 3 musketeers.... lifelong best friend.....
I am mourning the loss of one of my musketeers.
That 1st picture says it all... Nick, Jeff Munn, Jeff Flechsig and I at Jeff and Stacy Flechsig's wedding in 1990. Those 3 have been the most important guys in my life.
When we started guys "weekends" in 2015, we assumed we would be traveling, fishing, skiing and enjoying the next 30 years finishing the way we started 37 years earlier.... best friends having fun and enjoying each others company and now families.
Chrissy and Michael, You have been like family all those years even if we missed some time in between as we all went separate ways after marrying and starting our own families, which made it harder to see each other often.
Andi.... I liked you the minute I met you when you and Nick first got married. Nick was so blessed to have you in his life and I know you were his rock... his angel... the last 2 years.
I have 37 years of memories with Nick. I will keep those memories close to my heart and think of him often as we continue to enjoy the activities we once shared... but they will never be the same. Nor will our "board meetings". Nick was the Chairman of the Board.
