Chuck was such a warm, kind, & gentle neighbor. We and our children all loved saying hi and talking to him. Our daughter, who he’s known for all of her 3 years of life, always wants to go over and say “hi”. We will really miss Chuck and we send love and prayers to Sue, their children, and all of their family. ❤️ The Geritz Family
