I’m incredibly sad to learn about, my cousin, Leah’s death. Although Leah lived across the country when growing up, she had family roots in Michigan. I remember when Leah was young, she always had a huge smile and such a sweet giggle. Everyone adored her long blonde hair and angelic face, my Grandma especially. Leah was dealt a tough hand of cards in life and although I don’t know her struggles and the rest of her life’s story, I do know she has the Gier and Marker grit, spunk, love, and giving spirit. Leah was loved deeply by her family and we continued to lift her up in prayer, praying for her safety and her happiness, and that she would have a fulfilling life. The video was confirmation that she did. Thank you. Although Leah will continue to be deeply missed, I am comforted knowing she is with her loved ones; her mother, father, grandma, grandpa, and many others in heaven. I imagine her wrapped in the arms of Jesus and singing and dancing with the angels. Rest In Peace Leah.
A huge thank you to all that knew her and loved her. I’m so happy to see those smiles and fun pictures of her life’s adventures you shared. Prayers to all of you as well.
